COLLECT & GRV
We offer a professional and well trained removal team that will assist with the removal of your assets. We have been removing assets for more than 20 years and thus understand the value of our client’s assets while removing and transporting. Every item will be manually captured and tagged while loading the assets before transporter. Terms & conditions apply.
CLEAN & PREP
When preparing for an auction we pride ourselves on the quality and cleanliness of the items that will be auctioned off on site, thus we spend ample time on preparation and cleaning of the assets and premises before each auction.
The atmosphere at an auction is energizing. Buyers get motivated very quickly to perform. They get caught up in the competitive bidding and many times the price of items is driven higher. For some buyers it’s a game. They want to win at any cost (or hopefully for you, at high costs!)
FILE GOES TO ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT
After each auction the “auction file”(what was sold and for how much and to whom) gets compiled for the auctioneers final approval and signature. This means that the auctioneer checks and double checks every item that was sold under the hammer.
Once the auctioneer has approved the auction file it then goes to the accounts department for electronic uploads of each payment to the seller.
PAYMENTS GETS RELEASED
Our financial director then confirms payment to the business to insure that the “seller” will receive the relevant payment in the relevant bank. Terms & Conditions apply.
